He's been there since the very start, my angel Gabriel

Sorry I let it slip over the last week, not sure why, lets play catch up shall we?
Tuesday, worked - gym - network running scout shop, it's all good, enjoyed the nothingness.
Wednesday, worked - pub quiz, we didn't get any money this week, mainly due to the inane picture round and a couple of slip ups, theres always next week.
Thursday, worked - sqaush, then the nothingness came and ate me again.
Friday, travelled to London met up with Liz from uni, we chatted on the train up to Liverpool to see Andy, which was nice. Got to Andy's went to the garden sat and drank tea for hours, was nice and cool, the kind of thing I like. Had a curry for dinner and watched the first three episodes of Tenth Kingdom. That is a good little program there and I would recommend that people made the effot to see it.
Saturday was spent chilling at Andys and we had a BBQ in the evening, all very pleasent.
Sunday, came back to Hemel, then went for a walk. Its nice to walk around here your close enough to home to get back quickly if needs be, but your also outside of the town, which gets you away from all the chavs that live here. Went out in the evening and came second in the plough quiz, its based on family fortune "top5" questions and is semi difficult as you have to guess more about other people than what the answers will be.

Today, work up early even though I didn't have work to go to (I'm trying to use up my holiday and failing). Then went to town and did female shopping man style, it involves going to every shop you want to go to but not having to buy anything or having to spend any longer than anyone wants to there. I mentally spent some money but in fact only spent a fiver as I need to check my funds before I buy anything, ladies take note, you can always say no to that dress.
As I came home empty handed but in need of an mp3 played, mine died, I went to another retail outlet - it sucked, pretty much full of useless goons and overpriced crap. This leaves me with the only real option - the internet. So apart from drinking coffee with freinds today could have been spent in bed and everything ordered online. How long will shops last?
Sqaush tonight, going to practice ducking now...

    Peace out.

    Black magic woman

    Its that time again.
I believe I left you on Thursday, therefore the whilstle stop tour that is my blog on my life shall proceed from Friday.
Pleasent enough day, went to work managed to not do much in a spectacular way, ended it by goign out for a drink with some of the peeps that I work with, which is always nice. Its also nice to have a drive with someone you know shares opinions with you but you dont get much time to talk about them because of who might be around, I think the term is gossip. Anyway Eb is cool and we decided the new girl at work is hot but we havn't cracked whether she is taken or not, my philosophy of slow and steady worked well last week and progress was made in our communications. I will keep it up and let you know.
One thing that is surprising me is that lots of my male freinds don't agree with me on what the ideal woman should look like, shallow I know but still you have to talk about something.

Anyway after a drink came back to Hemel from Ware (where is Ware, why are you not aware of where Ware is?) then went and saw superman. Have to say it is a good film, acting is up to scratch and the plot is good enough to keep me occupied.
I will say however that the messiac references are only really there if you are looking for them, sorry to disagree with you Geoff, but I don't think the film was trying to persuade everyone that Superman was a modern day Jesus.

Saturday was spent in bed in the morning then some fun, we (the network and I - thier chairman) went to lake Willen, which is really nice, to go climbing on aerial extreme (google it). This is basically a set of wire 14m in the air that you traverse, its a good experience, however I dont have any form of vertigo so the adreline wasnt really pumping. Maybe if they let me go round without the safety rope.... next time:)
In the evening went to Sange's for a BBQ - good times.

Sunday was a usual sunday chilled, achieved little did nothing etc etc. Then in the evening went to the Plough and won the quiz, again.

Which brings us to today. Played squash in the evening after an easy day at work. Matt hit me in the face, was funny, good serve on my part, poor duck on my part too.
As for now I am sitting in my towel with the incense burning and the candles flickering listening to Santana thinking "Life is good".

    Peace out.
    July 20

Everything I do I do it for you.

Last update was just before golf. I didn't win but having played the course a few times before I was asked to play left handed. Didn't do too bad considering. Demonstrated my prowess with the cricket bat in the park :) much joy.
The evening was cool, went round to Ami's house for her birthday, altogether was a cool affair, others were drinking in a chilled way and the night progressed well.
Sunday morning was spent doing what any man should do sunday morning - cleaning the car. It now doesn't have half a tree in random paper and no longer has enough plastic bottles to keep it afloat, therefore its clean.
Sunday eve was good went to carters steam fair, it seems to have shrunk in my old age, but ho hey was still good fun. Just missed out ringing the bell on test your strength, yes the big one. Then to the pub, kudos to James and Sean finnally getting together and buying a boat, big day for them...

Monday was ok, worked hard, played hard etc.

Tuesday was cool, had a random day off so went to Ikea in London with Neil. Good shop that, could do with a bed that I would actually want to sleep in and would fit in my room. On the plus side sorted the kitchen out, stainless steel drawers etc, stone effect tiles with underfloor heating, down lighters. Come round when I have it sorted, will look good.
Tuesday evening was very good, first network meeting with me in charge and it went well:) Crate stacking/climbing is cool. so is playing jenga with someone on top of it. Then Alan made a roaring fire and we "cooked". my mince was done but the raw potatoe and carrot was sort of dragged the whole dish down.

Wednesday at work was ok, we came third in the quiz.

Thursday, work had a surprise for me, I am going to be taught technical stuff for systems division. Even more responsibility, I really hope come October I get at least £10 rise for all this. Stuff that I demand my own base on the moon. (Actually I am going to go for my own corner desk with window, here's hoping). Then played some squash, 5 people are too many for 40 mins of sqaush don't feel like I got the work out my body needs. Options? I think Neil is onto something with trying to eliminate people by piledriving the ball into them.

Tomorrow is another day. Should have some work to do, going to go for a drink and then onto the cinema to watch superman.

    Peace out.
    July 15

    Falling into memories of you.

Been an ordinary week really, played a bit of squash, been to work - not that it implies I have done much work, infact as uni's are now mostly on holiday I have pretty much nothing to do - would be really nice if i had flash so I could play games.

One thing I have discovered in the last week is that I have significantly less CDs than CD cases. In fact you may say a lot of the music I have actually payed for has disappeared. Not being one to point fingers I will resist the urge to say it was those damnable munchkins. If I see one it will get a slap upside the head. There is also a possibility that they may be with one of the wenches. If they read this and think they may have my CDs and they may still remember my address they can feel free to drop them round.

Next note if anyone can recommend a good mp3 player for less than £100 with a few gig and is good for the gym etc then let me know.

Off to play minigold at Gadebridge park in a min, little do the others know that I am familiar with the course. Should be interesting.

    Peace out
    July 10

Nobody loves you like I do

The weekend went too fast again. Altough I did manage to achieve 10 of the 16 things I wanted to do. Minor litttle things like making CDs for my car can always wait until I run out of other activites to do first.
Other than the usual hanging and chilling I didn't actually do much this weekend.
Did however confirm my suspiscions. I like cocktails. meh what you gonna do.

I can't think of anything else to write. Um

    Peace out.

Next time it will be better, promise.
    July 06

    Serious?

No internet at home last few days, me and my brother were competing for most apathetic on who would reset the server. I lost so I could write this. Feel proud that I would do that for you. Yes you, you know who you are.

Monday played squash. Think i wrote that.
Tuesday gymmed it, feels good running for 40 mins. Thinking it might be starting to pay off.
Then we had a network meeting. I am now the chairman of Hemel Hempstead Scout Network - oooo the responsibility. Here's hoping it goes well.
Wednesday, strange day, the women at work were being nice and smiley to me. Weird. Anyway came second in the quiz, Sange was robbed on £30 by the quizmaster. Vengenace will by ours....
Today, work was interesting as Kelly was off so I was covering for her aswell. And doing Sawaya's work. All good.
    Anyway thats it for now.

    Peace out.

    July 03

    Kerpow

And yet another entry, the gasps of wonder are audible.

I left you on Thursday so I will now write about the weekend.
Friday, good day at work, spent three and a half hours in meetings, the sum total of which is that I am getting much more responsibility and will be in charge of all teh demo equipment for work once Sawaya san leaves. Score, I will be asking for a pay rise.
After work went to Southampton to help Matt move from one student house to another, not strenuous or anything, got the job done. Can't say I was impressed by Soton much, seem like there was a crack whore on every corner. I am not into that sort of thing.
Saturday was cool, dossed mostly watched the game, stupid mother fucking gay assed ref. and england team. Payed too much, not enough pride in playing. Should be made poor. Some kind of money eating ray is needed. I'll work on it.
Came home Saturday and slept. Then on Sunday went to Tolmer's camp site to help with the cub camp.
That was fun, the sun was shineing the birds were singing and the horse flies were trying to carry us back to thier lair's.
We were helping out on the rafting which lead to me trying to make my own personal raft, 4 times, I know that it should have worked but can't figure out why the barrels insisted on splaying in the water everytime i put a little weight on them. Interesting. Meh. Got some sunbathing done as well. good times.
Monday was a monday at work, fantastic. Some people are really thick, mentioning no names (Will), if you have a list for training and your names not on it why would you go? If you get a document and it says to give it to some one why give it to someone else, especially as someone blatently more intelligent than you (me) tells you what you are meant to be doing. He needs a trip to slapsville, Jenny oblidge please.
Anyway, sqaush was ok, I think 5 people are too many to play and maybe we should sort some kind of rota out.

    Peace out for now.
